Download Your Asset

How escrow-protected purchases get tied to your Cfx.re identity.

Trip3 Studios products are delivered through Cfx.re's asset escrow system, not as a direct file download. That means every purchase has to be tied to the Cfx.re identity of the account making the purchase.

At checkout

When you buy through the store, Tebex checkout requires you to sign in with your Cfx.re (FiveM) account before the purchase can be completed. This isn't an optional step — Tebex blocks checkout until an account is linked, since escrow can't authorize a resource with no identity to tie it to.

If checkout won't let you complete a purchase, make sure you're signed in with your Cfx.re identity first. If you believe you were charged without ever linking an account, contact support with your order ID.

Downloading from the Cfx.re Portal

Your granted escrow assets live on Cfx.re, not on our site — grab the resource files from the portal itself.

Sign in to the portal

Go to portal.cfx.re and sign in with the same Cfx.re identity you used at checkout. A different identity won't see the asset as granted.

Open Granted Assets

Navigate to portal.cfx.re/assets/granted-assets. Every escrow asset authorized to your identity is listed here.

Find your resource

Search or scroll the list for the resource by name. If it isn't listed, checkout likely didn't complete with the correct identity linked — see the Callout above.

Download the asset

Click into the asset and select Download to save the escrow-protected resource as a zip.

The download is still escrow-locked — it will only run on a server whose license key is tied to the Cfx.re identity that has it granted. See Installing a Purchase for what to do with it next.

For order history, invoices, and everything else tied to the purchase itself, use the My Account tab on the main site.

Moving servers

Escrow authorization is tied to your Cfx.re license, not a server address or IP. Moving hosts, restarting a box, or standing up a new server under the same identity doesn't require relinking anything.
