What happens if I move servers?
Escrow-protected assets are tied to your Cfx.re license, not a specific server address, so moving hosts doesn't affect access.
Where do I manage billing, invoices, or refunds?
All payments run through Tebex, so billing history, invoices, and refund requests are handled directly through Tebex — see My Purchases on the main site.
The resource won't start — where do I look first?
Check your server console output right after ensure <resource-name> —
most startup failures log a specific missing dependency or config error
there. If the resource has its own docs page under FiveM or
RedM, check its configuration section next.
I bought the wrong resource, or need a refund
Reach out through Support with your Tebex order ID — refunds are handled case by case.
